Advisory Board


This esteemed group of NC State alumni and supporters have been named to The Pack Of Wolves Advisory Board to help counsel and advise student-athletes. Student-athletes have the opportunity to connect with these resources for mentorship and guidance as they develop their personal brands.

Mike Glennon
2011 B.S., Business Administration, Finance 

2012 Masters, Liberal Studies

Mike Glennon is a nine-year NFL quarterback with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants. Mike was honored as the 2011 Belk Bowl MVP and 2013 NFL All Rookie Team. He resides in Raleigh with wife, Jessica, and kids Brady, Austin and Blake.

Aislinn Konig
2020 B.S., Business Administration, Marketing
Double minor in Graphic Communications & International Studies with a concentration in China and Japan

Aislinn is an Austrian-Canadian professional basketball player in Europe. As a member and a two-year captain of Wolfpack Women's Basketball from 2016 to 2020, she holds the record for most 3-pointers made in a season, was an All-ACC selection, ACC All-Academic team, Ann Meyer Drysdale Award Nominee, Naismith Watchlist, and ACC tournament Champion and MVP. She is also a member of the Canadian Senior Women's National Team.

Amanda Busick
2008 B.S., Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurial Studies

Amanda Busick is an award-winning broadcast reporter for the NHRA on FOX Sports. As an advocate for women in motorsports, Amanda hosts the "Women Shifting Gears Driven by Hemmings" podcast that showcases inspirational women across the automotive industry. She was the first student to graduate from Poole's College of Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

Matt Hong
1994 B.A., Economics 
JD with honors, Harvard Law Schools

Matt Hong is the former COO of Turner Sports, a subsidiary of WarnerMedia, a role from which he retired in 2019. Matt currently serves on the board of directors of non-profit organizations including the V Foundation for Cancer Research and the Naismith Awards. He and his wife, Soogi, are minority owners of the Washington Spirit of the National Women’s Soccer League.

Ralston Turner
2014 B.S., Sports Management

Ralston was a member of the NC State men’s basketball team from 2012-15. After college he played professionally for 2 seasons in Europe and NBA G-League. Now, Ralston is a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Raleigh, NC.

Kai Crutchfield
2021 B. S., Business Administration, Marketing

Proud to have this hometown girl to help guide and mentor our Pack of Wolves student-athletes! A strong leader for the team, Kai finished her NC State women's basketball career ranked third in 3-point percentage (.389), sixth in three pointers made (171) and a program leader in games played (152). She also received All Academic and All Tournament Team honors, along with a regular season Championship and three ACC Championship titles during her time at NC State.

Andrew Ciencin
2013 B.S., Technology Education

Andrew lettered every year on NC State’s baseball team from 2009-2012, and was honored to be named captain in his junior and senior campaigns. A highlight of his baseball career was the team making a super-regional his senior year. Andrew also holds the single season grand slam record (4) at NC State. He remained with the team in various coaching and operations roles, and played a pivotal part in their College World Series run in 2013. Andrew is now a manager with luxury clothing brand, Peter Millar. Originally from New Jersey, he currently resides in Durham with his wife, Megan, and son, Samuel.

TJ Graham
2018 B.S., Sport Management

TJ Graham currently serves as Head of Performance & Business Development for Breakaway Data, a sports analytics company helping athletes own and understand their performance through analytics. He was a wide receiver for the Wolfpack from 2008 to 2011, where he earned many accolades including First Team All-ACC honors. He was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2012 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills, and continued to play in both the NFL and CFL until 2019. In addition to his role at Breakaway Data, TJ also coaches and mentors current and future professional athletes. Most notably, he works directly with individuals who are preparing for the NFL, MLB, Olympics, and other NCAA sports programs. He creates opportunities to provide aspiring athletes with the resources, knowledge, and skills they need for success on and off the field.
Crystal Fish
1995 B.S., Business, Management, Marketing & Related Support Services, Campbell University

Native to the area and a lifelong NC State supporter, Crystal Fish has worked in the fuel industry for over 22 years. As Director of B2B Sales and Development, North America for Circle K, she is an expert on fleet fueling solutions and management of B2B relationships. She has built strategic partnerships with NASCAR, Joe Gibbs Racing, Amazon, FedEx, Chase, Contractor Rewards, and many others over the last several years. She is passionate about building relationships and sees the value in supporting collegiate athletes. Crystal and her husband Tony reside in Lillington with their two daughters, Anna Marie and Emma Ryanne.
